A revelation

I just connected the dots.. or the dots were connected in me and for me. :)

1. From yesterday’s post: “because in most cases the basic concept of mentoring says:
“I know something, that would be good for you,
that you haven’t figured out,
so you’re flawed in this way.””

2. From AH LIVE Dec 10, when we deem something as wrong, even if we don’t do that (!), it is detrimental to us, this resistance. (In the LIVE they spoke about vaccinations, and AH said this: if you deem them wrong, no matter if you do them or not, it’s still detrimental to you!).

3. All the comparisons I got these days:
“when you feel jealous, you diminish yourself” ~ AH
“when you don’t respect your choices, you don’t respect yourself” ~ Bashar
etc.

4. My all-the-time feeling, that something is not quite home, when I’m thinking of my coaching clients (or any people that don’t know anything about energies) as operating .. like blind kitties, they don’t know where they move, what they do, how to go for what they want, they come to funny conclusions, trying blindly to find their way to what they want.. without a map, without seeing clearly. I feel such a shame now, when I realize this.. I want to apologize before my clients and all the people I perceived this way.

But I’ve always been thinking, “but it’s true! How can I see it any other way? They do lack this knowledge!” (Again this trap of “truth” instead of “what is it that I do want?”, even though then it became “I want them to know it! I want them to operate with open eyes!”.. Now I see, it could be “what I do want, is to feel good when looking at them, interacting with them, thinking about them, speaking to them. What would it be, that would give me this feeling good?” Probably the first thought, the relief, would be “Maybe it’s not THAT bad, that they don’t know?..”)

And now I realized:

1. Whatever I’m doing, MY deeming it wrong, that they don’t know, is detrimental and diminishing to me. I’m suppressing, judging, not letting live fully, something in ME, when I’m judging it as wrong in them, in their life.

2. I can see it as a bigger picture: that ultimately it was their choice to live these challenges in this way. And that ultimately everyone is fine, and in this moment they’re living what they intended to live. I can offer them my understanding of the situation, if they wish to hear it, but it’s not wrong, where they are, and it won’t be better when they know what I tell them. There’s no hierarchy. There’s just life.

How freeing. :)

Food choices: the new clarification

One more piece from this AH LIVE, I just remembered. Abraham called it “the best discussion of food we’ve ever had.”

When someone asked, how to choose – I want to eat that twinkie, I don’t want to limit myself, but I also want my weight to go down, –

Abraham replied (not a precise quote):

“it’s not that we don’t want you to eat that twinkie,
it’s your connection with Source that you want to matter to you *the most*.

So if your eating twinkie undermines your connection with Source,
then tend to your connection first,
and when it doesn’t, then do whatever your heart is pleased to do.”

It is so clarifying, I’m just amazed. No more torturing over any food choices. “Just keep your alignment the top priority and if you see something you’re up to be doing, is going to break that connection, then stop to align and then..” :)

More thoughts about the emotional grid

Now I’m starting to understand – when for my quicker getting what I want, the Universe brings me some events I see as “negative”, or I just look at what is and don’t like it, then indeed it’s my seeing this event/state/thing as positive or negative – is all that defines, what I experience later:

when I choose to see it as negative, or just don’t diffuse the resistance that becomes observable, then my emotional grid becomes THAT – these feelings of frustration, worrying, etc.

when I choose to see it as help on my way, as a positive part of the process, my emotional grid is filled with positive feelings of security, harmony, confidence, love, and then it is correspondingly filled, and I feel it – on the level of thoughts, feelings, inspirations and events.

What a perfect, harmonious mechanism.. Life is a miracle itself. :)

An absolutely amazing segment. For me it’s an entire workshop in itself: it addresses a complete cycle in deliberate creation, so many clarifying moments:

* why do we want to do it;
* doing it for ourselves instead of doing it to fix something in others;
* not trying to acquire a better feeling thanks to some physical actions, but purely by a vibrational work;
* moving to a better feeling not thinking of possible physical actions that can be taken to achieve the “goal” of fixing the reality so that we look at it and feel better;
* moving to a better feeling thought by focusing on emotions;
* making it all about ourselves and our better feeling;
* when a physical manifestation comes, not becoming dependent on this physical event, still tending to the vibration,
etc.

On your way with you

Do you read internet on your mobile phone? Then it may be of interest for you, too.

I found that even though I did the vibrational work, when creating focus felights, but sometimes I come back to the same issues, and going through them again helps me to shift again to a better feeling.

(If you never used focus delights – they are like focus wheels, but not exactly, even though sometimes they contain emotional ladders similar to those of focus wheels.

Focus delights let you compare, which thought feels better, really feel the difference, and when you compare several times, back and forth, the power of the good feeling from the better feeling thought is so huge, that it pulls you to it.

It shifts the criterion for choosing the thought. It gives you often two opposite variants, to let you feel the difference and get a chance to surrender to the guidance from your Source.

When you try it, I’m sure you’ll see what I’m talking about. :) For me, focus delights proved to be the most powerful tools.)

But to open those pages on the blog was too heavy on the mobile phone, so I created the lightest pages, really really minimal, almost only text, which I then can open many times during the day, wherever I am.

Today I got great help, just when I needed it, from these two:

New tools for relief, power, lovely mood and high vibration

I’m continuing to realize my dream. :)

I planned to call it all Self coaching pages, and the vibration raising exercises below – Focus Gym, but Self enjoying pages and Focus Delight sing more in my heart, even though maybe they’re not that self-explanatory. I’m looking forward to the clarity on this subject. :)

The idea is always the same:

Focus delights: My dream, my dream is coming into fruition :)

Dear all,

These days my dream is coming true, and I’m so happy…

When I heard Nicole Bird speaking of JigsawBox and the idea of taking coaching online, this idea started brewing inside me… I knew it was my path, something of it…

Then in meditations, in all kinds of a-ha, the idea became clearer and clearer…. I got more and more glimpses of it… and TA-DA!! It all became ready!! The clarity came to me, the resources came to me, and it became possible, to create what I now will call “Focus Delights”.

In the beginning I wanted to call it “Focus Gym”, but “Focus Delight” sings better in my heart.

It is based on many things, mostly on my Contrasting technique, I put it in a post for you.

The idea is, that comparing, which thought feels better, ..I won’t speak for you, I’ll say for myself – comparing, which thought feels better, I learn to listen to my feelings; I train myself to thoughts that feel better and not what’s just “true”. I’m training myself to hear that call of Source.

And I’m also raising my vibration. I start feeling more confident, more sure, secure, blessed, worthy, loved, interested,.. depending on where I started of course. :) Sometimes it feels like a whole focus workout. :)

I understood on it what Abraham said about a dream that’s tended to, through vibration: “it’s my dream, my vision, my life flow, my ideas, my spank, my vitality, my reason to get out of bed, my feeling of life, my thing to focus upon, my gift, my love, my joy, my fun, my fullness”.

I’m so happy. :)

Contrasting technique

This is chapter 2 from my book 10 Nice Mind Tricks To Allow More Money Into Your Life: A Paradigm Shift to Coming Home.

A Nice Mind Trick #2 – Contrast

“He had heard people speak contemptuously of money:
he wondered if they had ever tried to do without it.”

– W. Somerset Maugham

Sometimes, we just want to put accents in the right places.

When we’re starting to visualize us having a million dollars, we start having some awkward feelings, like “not deserving”, like “all evil” etc.

In such a case, try to do the following:

Write on a piece of paper:

I don’t have any money.

or

I have one million dollars.

Now start with the first thought, thinking of all the consequences of that and trying to feel which nuances of feelings it is awakening in you.

Not so good, I suppose? ;)

Now turn over to the second thought. Imagine yourself in a situation when you would know you have the million dollars. For example, your bank would be telling you it’s the current sum on your account.

What do you feel?

Are you feeling warmth spreading up in your soul, relaxing away all that was contracted by that dreadful first thought? Soothing, smoothing… do you feel safe now? Free? Powerful? (If not, go to that first thought again and then come back here; do you now feel the difference?)

…Now we see that one million dollars differently, don’t we?

Instead of placing our focus on some weird things we’d be unhappy with, we now see the beauty of this state, feel relaxed… that all our bills can be paid… that we can buy things we want… that our rent is covered… that we can always buy food (did you clearly see that with the first thought it wasn’t possible?)… that we can do all day what we want… plenty of time… with that book we’ve always wanted to finish… with those friends we’ve always wanted to spend more time with… with ourselves… with our thoughts…

Now let’s extend it a little farther from that safe state: let’s get to some fine details!!

We can now dine in fine restaurants… with beautiful music… we can buy the best things for our loved ones… we can come home with gifts every day… we can afford all the courses, all the books we’d want :) … hire any specialist to help us with implementing our ideas…

What else?

From that safe state, make a list, enjoy having, enjoy basking in these fine feelings…

…Mike Dooley once said: “Your dreams are here for a purpose: they remind you of what’s possible.” I can almost feel as someone reading this, could be thinking now: “yeah, possible – for someone else. Or not in my circumstances…” What can I say… It’s a belief, too. What do you prefer to believe in?

Now decide which one of the two thoughts you choose, and mark it:

I don’t have any money.

or

I have one million dollars. -> better

What do you feel?

 

Behind the scenes:

1. With auto-training, people quickly learn: to relax, it’s better to contract the muscles first, and only then release them and relax. Ultimately, it gives a deeper relaxation.

2. When you switch between these two thoughts, you can feel as something in you contracts and expands. It’s an interesting feeling by itself, isn’t it?

And even more interesting is the ability to better immerse in the good sides of our goal… They say, we should concentrate on what we want, not on what we don’t want. So in this game we suddenly better see what it is that we want. And why we actually want this.

3. At the end of the exercise, we immerse in the fine details… in the high perspective… but then the syndrome of “reality” can hit us really hard. We’ve heard too many opinions on why this is “impossible”. That’s why I think it’s important to hear at that exact time something that our Inner Self would probably say to us, should we give it a chance to speak…

4. When we choose the “better” thought at the end, it does something strange with the mind. Choose honestly, looking at both thoughts, and when you make your choice… it feels like we claim something. Like it clears for us and for the Universe what it is that we want.

It feels like earlier we were …afraid to claim it. Is it like this for you?

They always say, we should clearly see what we want. Not just “as much money as I can get”, but some clear goals. It seems that this choice does clarify something, for all sides involved.

5. Try an advanced method: first, see, that you’re always safe and secure, anyway. That The Universe answers all your needs anyway. And then visualize having 1 million dollars as a way to have fun: see which things for a fun you can do with it.

Only when pressed with darkness, can you begin to
seek the light. And how could you understand your
authority… if you had not first relinquished it? How
could you find your way, if you had not first strayed.
Now, your experiments with darkness, limits, and fear
have long outgrown their use. It’s time to wake up…
to remember… to know… that

New pleasure

These days, somehow newly re-understanding that Source has a ‘better’, ‘true’ understanding of things and I can feel its perspective with my emotions, can be guided with them,

Bashar says: “We know you understand it. But what you need is to understand it.”

I feel that now I’m starting to understand it. :)

I found for myself a new pleasure:

I’m taking things that sit in me as ‘something that I did wrong’, and deconstruct them, listening to my feelings this time, valuing it, feeling for a more aligning resolution.

One such example that I chose today (or it chose me), was that when I was working as a programmer, there were times when I was not really working at work. Reading something not related to work.

It popped in me today as something I still was blaming myself for. Something that I did wrong. Feeling bad about it all, of course, very bad.

So this time I thought, okay,

“It was a bad thing for me to do.” – feels bad, so probably my Source sees it differently.. how?..
“It wasn’t such a bad thing for me to do, whatever the reason.” – feels better.
“It actually was a good thing for me to do.” – feels better still.
“It was a very good thing for me to do” – feels really good!

So okay, I thought, I should try and go in this direction.. but when I tried to figure out, why it could be good, I felt bad. Maybe because this whole thing was about judging, estimating me, trying to find objective estimation..

So I thought:

“I have to know why it was good to do” – feels bad.
“I could know, but I don’t have to” – feels better.

It reminded me of Vadim Zeland’s (author of “Reality Transurfing”, among my most favorite books on Law of Attraction and how things work) theory:

He says, very simplistically, that every event is like a junction, because from it we can go to a line of life, where it turns to the good for us, or to the line, where it turns to be bad.

(Because actually it’s not the event itself that is good or bad for us, but its implications in our life.)

And the ONLY thing that defines, which line we go to, is how we see this event: as good or bad.

Zeland then gives this process to apply when something happens, something that we really, really don’t like. We can ask ourselves:

1. Do I like it? – Not at all.

2. But do I want it to turn even worse? – Not at all.

3. Then I will trust, that even though I can’t see it right now (maybe I will see it later), even though it looks absolutely impossible to me, but still, it’s something good in my life. It’s something very good for me. I just can’t see it yet, but I can trust, that I will.


It reminds me of Mike Dooley’s Note from The Universe:

“There are only miracles, – and to one degree or another they all soothe, pamper and enrich. However, to avoid blowing too many minds at once, some are disguised as unpleasant surprises, botched circumstances, and twisted acquaintances that can rarely been seen for what or who they truly are until the pendulum has fully swung.

So if something still hurts, baffles or confuses, it only means a miracle has occurred, the pendulum is mid-swing, and that soon you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.
The Universe.”

I remember very vividly one situation, when I applied this process: at my work, when I was just starting at a new place, and there was one guy who came to work there at the same time. And we both got the same exercise. And he already was finishing it, while I was still somewhere in the beginning, as I couldn’t write anything before I was deeply understanding it all. God was I stressed….. I didn’t see ANYTHING good in it at all…. Then I did this process, and I remember how hard it was to trust… but I said: “even though I can’t see ANY reason why it could be good, but I’ll just trust that it is.”

As I see it now, this mere thing already aligned me in some way.. and I started to see it as something not that bad…. and then it happened, that because that guy did it all quickly, he didn’t pay attention to too many details, while I, taking it slowly and thoroughly, found a mistake in the program we were working with. And it was how I was then appreciated at that work: as someone who goes deep and understands the basis, who works thoroughly, who can be relied on to do the good job. So it did turn to be good. But it was so impossible to see when I was applying the process.. :)

So… “It was good.” – feels good.

“But, you wasn’t useful at that time for your employer. You wasted their resources.” – feels bad.

Alright, this reminds me of what I heard yesterday here:

how Abraham said: “So now you create in their experience?”

So, okay, “I didn’t do for them anything they wouldn’t be getting anyway” – feels a little better.

“I create in my reality and they create in their reality” – feels better.

“I can rely on it that we all find our way” – feels better.

“I can rely on it that their Source calls them and this thing is somehow good for them, too.” – feels better

“It was good for them” – feels the best! :)

So now I know that it was good thing that I did it, it was good for me, it was good for my employer… wow now I have this experience in my bag of memories as something good….. feels as a great relief..

Now it reminds me as Abraham says “to get aligned with Who You Really Are, you only need to stop what you’re doing, that holds you separated.” I really feel it, as if a weight is lifted, and I feel light, easy, worthy, good, blessed, loved. I love it. :)
